Meet Nicole

Nicole Hildebrandt is a Registered Health and Nutrition Counsellor and Registered Health Coach holding professional membership and accreditation with the Health Coach Alliance. She completed her training through the Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition and has also completed her Health Coach Trauma Informed Care Certification through The Center for Healing. In addition, Nicole is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator offering Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions in both private 1:1 and small group settings.

Nicole practices through a trauma-informed lens, approaching client care with safety, collaboration, compassion, and respect for each individual’s lived experience. She recognizes the complex interplay between nutrition, nervous system regulation, stress physiology, emotional well-being, and past health experiences. While Nicole does not diagnose medical or mental health conditions or provide trauma counselling, she is committed to working collaboratively within each client’s broader healthcare team and referring to qualified professionals when appropriate to ensure coordinated, comprehensive support.

Nicole’s passion for root-cause healthcare was shaped by her own journey navigating autoimmune challenges, unexplained weight changes, mental health concerns, and hormone imbalances. After experiencing the limitations of symptom-focused care, she pursued a deeper understanding of foundational and integrative healing approaches.

Encouraged by her mentor, Nicole completed her Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach certification and has since dedicated extensive time to studying and implementing systems-based, evidence-informed wellness approaches. She is deeply committed to helping clients uncover underlying imbalances, restore energy, regulate the nervous system, and build sustainable wellness from the inside out.

Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, Nicole supports clients in exploring the connection between breath, emotions, stress, and the nervous system. Her breathwork sessions are designed to create a safe and supportive environment for emotional release, self-awareness, relaxation, and deeper connection to self.

Whether you are at the beginning of your healing journey or seeking a new approach after years of feeling unheard, Nicole provides structured guidance, compassionate accountability, and integrative support every step of the way.

The hummingbird serves as a powerful symbol in my practice, representing resilience, adaptability, and the pursuit of lightness even in the midst of life's complex challenges. Much like this tiny creature that moves with incredible speed yet maintains perfect steady focus, my approach to wellness is about finding that delicate balance between movement and stillness. It is a reminder that healing is not always a grand, sweeping gesture, but often found in the small, consistent acts of self-care and nourishment. Through my guidance, I invite you to embrace this spirit of lightness, trusting that even the smallest shifts in your habits can lead to profound restoration and a deeper connection to your own innate vitality.
