If you’ve struggled with your relationship with food and with your body, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken.

We know the pain of self-criticism and disordered eating. The ups and downs, the cycles of self-sabotage, the discomfort in the body. 

This program is a rich, beautiful, intuition-infused journey designed to nourish your mind, body and soul. 

 

Over 10 beautiful modules, you will:

✔️ Ignite your deeper intuition

✔️ Reconnect yourself to your body

✔️ Learn intuitive eating

✔️ Begin a gentle meditation practice

✔️ Explore habits, mind body medicine and bio-chemical reasons for binges, cravings and food behaviours.

✔️ Learn about self-sabotage and how to let go of old patterns that no longer serve you

✔️ Learn about the fat layer and why it needs to be loved

✔️ Learn how to trust your gut feelings, trust your body and move into a whole new experience with food

 

We will help you re-shape your relationship with food and cultivate new levels of self-acceptance, and even self-love.  We will teach you how to move into a new alignment with food and with your body.

 

The LUV Healing movement and community are about energetic expansion and forward momentum for everyone as an entire group, meaning a larger scale transformation where people can become their energetically-biggest most self-actualized, intuitively-guided, aligned and empowered selves - AND HELP EACH OTHER GET THERE. 

Historically, women and femmes have been so judged by their bodies appearances and abilities. We are still living in an unwell culture of oppressive, fat phobia and squashing. People through history have been told they need to bind their chests, bind their feet, mute their words, be less beautiful, be less flashy, be skinnier, be less sexual, be less natural, be more docile, be more pleasing, be quieter, be less opinionated, stay inside a box of someone else’s making. The basic pervasive messaging for women and femmes especially has been ‘be smaller in energy, ability, and power and you will be accepted, safe, loved’.  

These boxes of oppression and ‘squashing’, are still present in so many ways. People are still squashing themselves and sadly they are still squashing each other with gossip, body shaming, fat shaming, diet culture, judgments, comparison-obsession, etc. The shame that is still being propagated isn’t just about size, it’s also about race, gender, ability, and sexual orientation. These are huge issues, and the discomfort you feel in your body is all part of this system that “values” one body and disenfranchises another.  

There is a shift that NEEDS to happen here and it starts within. As we (collectively) learn to ignite our intuition, and follow our own empowered intuition towards alignment, we heal our relationships with ourselves, we create this shift in our bodies, health, communities, and the world.  

People who love themselves and challenge the constructs that tell us we are not enough are radical change-makers and true visionaries. It’s time to start stepping into your power. The world needs you.

I'm Kailee and I am so glad you're here!

 

Recovering from disordered eating goes far beyond simply believing you're worthy of love and healing. In my own journey, I’ve learned that it requires peeling back many layers, bringing awareness and compassion to parts of yourself that have long been neglected or hidden.

Over the past decade, I’ve committed to healing—learning, growing, and slowly transforming my relationship with my body and food. I remember a time when I truly couldn’t imagine being free from the discomfort of living in my body or the relentless thoughts that came with my eating disorder. The path hasn’t been linear, but the most powerful gift I gave myself was the decision to keep going.

Today, I live with a sense of peace in my body. Struggles still arise, but I now have the tools, awareness, and self-compassion to recognize when old patterns resurface and respond with care instead of judgment. I've come to understand what self-love means for me—what it looks like in practice, not just in theory.

It’s an honor to walk alongside others on their healing journey, and I’m deeply grateful to be part of this program—supporting others as they move toward freedom, self-acceptance, and inner peace.
