Hello!

Meet Dr. Tia Patychuk, a naturopathic doctor here at LUV Healing.

As a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Tia aims to make her patients feel supported and empowered to improve their health no matter what step they are at. She is trauma-informed and evidence-based, using both her medical education and the principles of naturopathic medicine like treating the root cause of illness, removing obstacles or barriers to your healing to offer holistic healing and aligning the mind and the body together.

Dr. Tia's goal as a doctor is to create a space that is collaborative, educational, empathetic, and judgment-free.

Dr. Tia is most passionate about seeing and helping patients who are struggling with: -PCOS and other hormonal conditions -ADHD and associated conditions -Mental health conditions -Nutritional deficiencies -Insomnia and sleep problems -Burnout and overwhelm

As someone who is neurodiverse (she was diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood), Dr. Tia understands how difficult it can be to function in a world that wasn’t built for brains that work differently.

Working with neurodiversity, mental health, and trauma, Dr. Tia feels it’s important to meet you where you are at to create healthy changes that feel not only doable for you now but also sustainable in the long term. She uses elements of both Western medicine (pharmaceuticals, lab testing, and IV therapy) and herbal medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, nutrition, and counselling to provide personalized care that suits you and your unique needs.

Another area of passion for Dr. Tia is health care for LGBTQIA2S+ and gender-diverse communities. She strongly believes everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and comfortable to discuss all aspects of their health in a judgment-free space. She will always support human rights and work to be as inclusive as possible for BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, sex workers, disabled people, and other oppressed minorities as well as continue to learn and confront her own biases.

Hello!

Meet Rayen McLeod, a registered clinical counsellor, canadian certified counsellor, and registered social worker here at LUV Healing.

Rayen offers a trauma-informed, integrative approach to healing—one that honours the complex relationships between mind, body, emotion, identity, and lived experience. Her work is grounded in relational care, nervous system awareness, and a deep respect for the uniqueness of each individual.

With over two decades of experience in community and clinical mental health and well-being, Rayen has supported individuals across many stages of life and healing—whether navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, neurodivergence, sexuality, addiction, or self-worth. She also has a long-standing commitment to inclusive and culturally safe care for Indigenous, queer, and gender-diverse communities.

Rayen is a trained EMDR and sex therapist, and she draws from a range of evidence-based and embodied modalities, including narrative therapy, IFS, somatic approaches, ACT, CBT, DBT, RLT, and mindfulness-based practices. Her work is never one-size-fits-all; instead, she meets people where they are, collaborating at their pace, in a way that feels safe and true to them.

As someone from the Secwépemc First Nation, Rayen carries with her a deep reverence for story, land, and interconnection. These teachings shape how she listens and how she holds space. Rayen's goal is to support people not just in coping, but in reconnecting—with their values, their inner wisdom, and healing on their own terms.

Hello!

Meet Nicole, the lead programs educator and patient care manager here at LUV Healing

With a strong background in healthcare administration and patient care coordination, Nicole brings both organizational insight and empathetic support to her work educating and supporting LUV clients in our various program options. Nicole’s passion for all things health related and supporting others was born out of her own journey—navigating the challenges of autoimmune disease, unexplained weight gain, mental health and hormone imbalances.

Frustrated by quick fixes and symptom-focused care, Nicole turned to root cause healing—and experienced firsthand the power of addressing health at its foundation. Today, she finds joy in helping others do the same. With the encouragement of her mentor, she enrolled in school to work on completing her Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach certification. She has spent countless hours studying the dynamic and life-changing programs that LUV offers and is thrilled to be sharing them with clients. Nicole’s passion for root cause health care combines with compassionate guidance to help clients uncover underlying imbalances, reclaim their energy, and build sustainable wellness from the inside out.

Whether you're just beginning your journey or seeking answers after years of feeling unheard, Nicole is here to support and empower you every step of the way.

Hello!

Meet Kailee, a health coach and holistic nutritionist here at LUV Healing.

Kailee  is an Okanagan-based holistic nutritionist whose passion for wellness was born from her own journey through eating disorder recovery and mental health challenges. Driven to understand how food could support healing and foster a peaceful relationship with the body, she studied holistic nutrition while living in the UK and later graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2020. Kailee is dedicated to educating herself and others on the powerful connection between mindset, stress, nutrition, and how this affects our overall well-being and health. In addition to her work in nutrition, she is a songwriter, musician, and live sound engineer for bands at Red Bird Brewing in Kelowna. When she’s not working or performing, Kailee enjoys hiking and exploring the natural beauty of the Okanagan.

Hello!

Meet Taylor, a programs educator here at LUV Healing.

Taylor was raised in a small town in the East Kootenays of beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Surrounded by nature, she developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors through hiking, camping, and spending time at the many lakes the Kootenays have to offer. This early connection to the natural world continues to shape her holistic approach to health and healing.

Taylor graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2021 and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist ever since. Her practice includes a wide range of treatment modalities, with a special interest in women’s health and pediatric care. She has supported patients through various challenges, including motor vehicle accidents, mental health conditions, prenatal and postnatal care, as well as infant and pediatric massage therapy.

Currently enrolled in the Holistic Health Coach program at the Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition, Taylor is expanding her knowledge in nutrition and lifestyle support. Her goal is to help others discover how nutrition can play a powerful role in recovery, gut health, hormonal balance, and overall well-being.

Taylor's path to holistic health was deeply personal. After years of struggling with anxiety, stress, acne, and hormone imbalances, she found herself feeling stuck within the conventional health care model. Through a holistic approach, she discovered the importance of addressing the root causes rather than masking symptoms—a philosophy that now informs all aspects of her work.

Taylor is passionate about helping others who feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies. She offers compassionate, personalized care to support those navigating hormone imbalances, fertility struggles, skin conditions, digestive issues, and more. She believes deeply in the body’s capacity to heal when given the right tools and support.
